TransMatch aspires to become a European benchmark in the market for electrical energy produced from gas. Since its creation, the firm has acquired eight strategic companies and reached agreements with one of the leading world players, allowing for exponential and sustained growth.

Starting with five of these companies, TransMatch expects to access the complete circuit to distribute and sell gas and energy, providing greater flexibility and better adaptation to rapid market changes.

Electricity generation will be carried out through gas transformation with turbogenerators into electricity for industrial and domestic consumption. This technology is widely used and shows excellent efficiency in its combustion, which does not produce residues that damage the environment.

Turbogenerators will be installed in a large warehouse to ensure their good performance and absolute control of the environmental noise that they could generate.

The size of each generator will be 60 MW, which will produce approximately 1,440 MWH per year.

Two units of 60 MW each will be placed in each generation unit, which adds up to a total quantity per unit of 1,000 MWH per year.

TransMatch is committed to reducing polluting emissions into the environment and researching and developing new technologies to obtain new renewable energy. The main one is recycling industrial oils. Through distillation and filtering processes, we get a high-quality product used as fuel for combustion in boilers or other similar ones.

An essential part of our commitment to the environment is contributing to reducing industrial waste generation by recycling elements that allow it. At TransMatch, we recycle industrial oil by collecting it from various industries in Spain and transforming it into new energy suitable for different uses in other industries.

Industrial waste decreases considerably, and we recover more than 50 percent of the waste that previously went to authorized dumps. The recovery process is carried out by cleaning through filters and distillation to produce a clean oil with calorific characteristics acceptable to the industrial market.

At TransMatch, we aim to be among the market's leading players, and we have an ambitious annual recycling volume objective: 50,000 tons in 2023 and continued growth in the following years.

As part of TransMatch's commitment to the environment, we have partnered up with various waste material recycling entities. One is a plastic recycling plant, which generates raw materials through different industrial processes to create new plastic-based products.

Plastic has been a big headache for many recyclers and us. Fortunately, we have found a way to use certain plastics such as PET which we have converted into pellets for industrial use so that high-quality plastic products manufacturers can use them as raw material.

This type of recycling is demanding and requires excellence from its selection in the dump, treatment, and final disposal. Hence, at TransMatch, we take pride in having highly trained and skilled employees and state-of-the-art machinery in the market.

One of TransMatch's pillars for development is investing in projects in the agro-industrial sector through the sustainable use of resources. Among them are the cultivation of olive trees in large areas, industrialised cattle farms, and natural food products, among others.

One pillar of our "Green World" strategy is cultivating olive trees in large areas. We will arrange plantations in more than 500 hectares in the most suitable locations for this crop type. The chosen places are easily accessible to urban centers, which is critical to their development and the production of the crops.

Experts in the field will look after the early stage to ensure high-quality produce. They will provide the necessary nutrients at each stage to ensure the proper development of the fruit, and the olive harvest will be mechanized to achieve high agility and precision.

Another of TransMatch's pillars is the generation of electricity from photovoltaic panels. We have created strategic alliances with large project developers and companies producing photovoltaic panels for this. These projects are located in areas with high solar radiation in southern Europe.

Generating energy from photovoltaic panels is challenging for the industry since they must be environmentally friendly and located in places with high solar radiation. On the other hand, it must have the latest technology to capture the most radiation. Therefore, we have established alliances with panel suppliers that guarantee a long life and outstanding performance. More than 90 percent of the solar panels will be located in southern Europe, where the highest solar radiation has occurred historically, as the objective is to be very efficient in capturing the sun and transforming it into electrical energy. We also store energy through high-performance batteries to ensure longer energy delivery times for industrial and domestic use. The installation of panels will be large enough to count on 2 GB of installed power.
